Afrosmicronyx clavofulvus Hoffmann , 1962 (Curculionidae , Curculioninae, Smicronychini) from Tunisia is transferred from the genus Afrosmicro n- yx to the genus Sharpia (comb. nov.). The genus Afrosmicronyx is thus restricted in distribution to the Afrotropical region. (Résumé d'auteur)
